This Privacy Policy explains how Ash Taherian (“I”, “me”, “we”) collects and uses personal information on the People Performance Playbook sites, including peopleperformancehub.com and peopleperformanceplaybook.com (together, the “Sites”).
I am a Product Sales Specialist at Revolut People, based in Dublin, Ireland. These Sites are used to share a free performance-management playbook summary and to book short discovery calls about Revolut People. This policy covers data I collect through these Sites and related ads — not Revolut’s own products or corporate websites (those have their own policies).

What we collect
Depending on how you use the Sites, we may collect:
- Contact and work details you submit — name, work email, company, and job title — when you:
- request the free playbook PDF via the Tally form on the Sites, or
- submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen form linked to our ads (for example “Book a call with Ash”).
- Booking details — if you book a meeting through Google Calendar appointment schedules linked from the Sites, Google processes that booking; we receive the details you enter so we can hold the call.
- Technical and advertising data — IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics/ad identifiers via cookies or similar technologies from:
- Google Ads (tag ID AW-18523765763) for conversion measurement and ads,
- and LinkedIn when you interact with our LinkedIn ads or lead forms.
We do not ask for passwords, payment card numbers, or special-category data on these Sites. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the forms.
Free tools: emailed results and usage counts
HRIS switch checker “Email me my results” form (optional). The checker works without it, and your answers stay in your browser unless you use this form. If you do, we save your work email, your company (optional), your answers to the 10 questions and your gap score. We use them to send you your results and so Ash can follow up with you about them. The form asks you to tick a consent box first: “I agree that Ash Taherian (Revolut People) may store my email, company and answers to send me my results and follow up about them.” To have this deleted, email [email protected].
Cost calculator full breakdown (optional). The performance review cost calculator shows your total hours a year without any form, and your inputs stay in your browser unless you choose to unlock the full breakdown (the £ cost, the split by component and the customer comparisons; the older “Email me my review-cost number” form now leads to the same step). If you do, we save your name, work email, company, role, company size, your calculator inputs and the resulting number. We use them to show you the breakdown, email you a copy with a 1-page benchmark report, and so Ash can follow up with you about it. The form asks you to tick a consent box first: “I agree that Ash Taherian (Revolut People) may store my name, work email, company, role, company size and calculator inputs to show and email me my breakdown and follow up about it.” After you unlock, a short-lived unlock code is kept only in the open page (not in cookies or storage) so the breakdown can update when you change your numbers. The details are stored with Cloudflare (which hosts the Sites and sends the email) and a copy is emailed to Ash. To stop abuse, a one-way hash of your network address is kept for up to 24 hours to limit repeat submissions; it is not linked to your details. To have your details deleted, email [email protected] or reply “delete” to the report email.
Templates, scorecards, checklists and full tool breakdowns (gated content). Articles and guides are readable without a form, and every tool shows its headline result without one. To unlock the full competency matrices, the junior and intern scorecards, the rollout and review-cycle checklists, the performance review template and outline, the calibration meeting template, the HR managers’ checklist, their downloadable files, or the full breakdown of a tool result (team performance diagnostic, performance health check, bias checker or pricing estimator), we ask for your name, work email, company and (optionally) your role, and you tick a consent box first: “I agree that Ash Taherian (Revolut People) may store my name, work email, company and role to give me this content and follow up about it.” We save those details, the email domain, what you unlocked and the page (for a tool, also a one-line summary of your result, such as your diagnostic verdict and team type, health score and biggest gap, bias risk level, or estimated annual price and headcount, but not your individual answers), so Ash can follow up with you about it. After you unlock, a short-lived unlock code is kept only in the open page (not in cookies or storage) so other content on that page opens without asking again. Only work email addresses are accepted: we check the domain against lists of personal and temporary email providers and, to catch mistyped domains, ask Cloudflare’s public DNS resolver whether the domain can receive email (only the domain is sent, not your address). The same work-email check applies to the cost calculator form. Details are stored with Cloudflare; a one-way hash of your network address is kept for up to 24 hours to limit repeat submissions and is not linked to your details. To have your details deleted, email [email protected].
Cookieless usage counter. The Sites count, in a first-party counter, page views, clicks on the booking, form, PDF and webinar registration links, and when someone completes one of the free tools. Each count records only the event name and page path and, for page views, any campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the domain of the referring website, kept as daily totals. It uses no tracking cookies or IDs and does not store IP addresses, user agents or anything you enter into the tools. Our own visits are excluded with a functional first-party cookie (ppp_internal) that is only set on our own devices.
Why we use it
- To send you the playbook PDF or confirm a discovery call you requested.
- To reply to your enquiry about performance management or Revolut People.
- To measure whether ads and pages work (for example: form submit, book-a-discovery-call click) and to improve the Sites.
- To show relevant ads about the playbook or Revolut People (including retargeting) where allowed by your cookie/ad settings.
- To keep basic records of sales conversations and comply with legal obligations.
Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent when you submit a form or accept non-essential cookies/ads, and on legitimate interests for running and securing the Sites, measuring campaign performance, and following up on discovery call requests you started — balanced against your rights.
Who we share it with
We use service providers who process data on our behalf or as independent controllers for their tools:
- Tally — hosts the playbook request form.
- Google — Google Ads conversions/cookies; Google Calendar for bookings.
- LinkedIn — Lead Gen forms and LinkedIn advertising.
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the Sites, stores cost-calculator report requests and sends the report emails.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share details inside Revolut only as needed to respond to a discovery call request about Revolut People. We may disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and ads
The Sites use cookies and similar technologies for basic site operation and for advertising/measurement (Google Ads and Meta). You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through ad preference tools from Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Blocking some cookies may limit how well we can measure form or booking conversions.
How long we keep it
- Form and lead submissions — kept while we are in an active sales conversation, then typically up to 24 months of inactivity, unless you ask us to delete sooner or law requires longer.
- Ad/analytics logs — retained according to each provider’s settings (often months, not years).
Your rights
If you are in the UK, EEA, or a similar jurisdiction, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to / restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where we relied on it. Email [email protected] or [email protected]. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (or your local authority).
Children
The Sites are aimed at working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Sites after an update means you can review the new version here.
